A luxury property website designed to grow alongside an ambitious Derbyshire housebuilder
I started working with Casamia Homes in 2022, shortly after the business had been established.
Entering the luxury property development market meant competing in a crowded space where presentation, trust and attention to detail mattered from the outset. Casamia needed a digital presence that could establish the business as a credible high-end housebuilder while giving it the flexibility to evolve as new land was acquired, developments progressed through planning and homes were eventually released for sale.
The website has grown alongside the business ever since.

The challenge
Casamia Homes was a new name entering a highly competitive property market.
The business had ambitious plans to create distinctive, high-quality homes in desirable locations across Derbyshire and the wider East Midlands, but its website needed to communicate that level of quality before a substantial portfolio of completed developments existed.
That meant creating more than a conventional housebuilder website. The brand needed to feel established, considered and luxurious, while the underlying website needed to accommodate a constantly changing pipeline of land, developments, house types and individual plots.
As Casamia grew, the website also had to grow with it.
New land acquisitions needed to be introduced. Proposed developments progressed through planning before becoming forthcoming schemes, live developments and completed projects. House types changed, plots became available or reserved and new services were introduced.
Rather than repeatedly rebuilding the website around each milestone, I created a flexible platform capable of supporting that progression.
Creating a more luxurious digital brand
Alongside the website, I helped refine the Casamia brand to give it a more confident and premium feel.
The visual language was developed around strong typography, generous spacing, high-quality CGI and architectural imagery, allowing the properties themselves to remain the focus.
I also worked alongside Casamia’s other design and marketing partners to help maintain that identity beyond the website, supporting the delivery of development hoardings and wider marketing collateral.
The result is a consistent brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints, helping Casamia present itself with the level of polish expected within the luxury property market.
A website that evolves with every development
The Casamia website has been progressively enhanced as the development pipeline has grown.
Each development can move naturally through its lifecycle, from early land and planning information through to a fully marketed collection of homes.
Development pages bring together CGI, photography, specifications, site information and individual property types within a clear structure that makes it easy for prospective buyers to explore a scheme.
Individual homes and plots can then be managed beneath each development, with availability dynamically reflected across the website as properties are released, reserved or sold.
This gives Casamia’s team a practical way to keep the website accurate while ensuring visitors always have a clear picture of what is currently available.
Georgia has been fantastic to work with on the development of our new website. She quickly understood what we were trying to achieve and has been responsive, proactive and incredibly easy to work with throughout. Beyond the initial website build, Georgia has continued to support us as Casamia has grown, helping us bring additional developments online and refine the workflows behind the website. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and she has become a really valued extension of our team. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Helping buyers explore the detail
Buying a premium new-build home involves far more consideration than simply viewing a gallery of photographs.
The website was designed to make that research process straightforward.
Visitors can explore individual house types, view interactive floor plans and understand the relationship between different plots within a development. CGI is used throughout the site to help prospective buyers visualise homes while developments are still under construction.
Detailed plot information can also be downloaded through enquiry and data-capture forms, allowing Casamia to provide useful sales material while building a database of genuinely interested buyers.
The aim throughout has been to give visitors enough information to properly understand a home while making the next step towards an enquiry or reservation feel natural.
Supporting Signature Homes
The website also provides a dedicated home for Casamia’s Signature Homes service.
Signature Homes takes the business beyond traditional property development, offering clients a bespoke route from concept through to completion.
The service needed to sit comfortably alongside Casamia’s residential developments while having enough distinction to communicate a more individual proposition.
Dedicated content and completed projects help demonstrate the level of design, finish and personalisation available through the service, including homes such as Gateway House.
Giving the marketing team room to grow
As Casamia has developed, its marketing activity has become broader too.
A flexible news and events area allows the team to publish company updates, introduce members of the team, announce new developments and share new brand partnerships without relying on a developer for every change.
The website can therefore act as an active marketing platform rather than simply an online brochure.
That has become increasingly valuable as the company has introduced new partnerships and services, including collaborations designed to expand the way customers can personalise their homes, from premium interiors and finishes through to specialist luxury garage spaces for gyms, entertainment and other uses.
An evolving platform for an evolving housebuilder
What began as a website for a new property business has developed into a much broader digital platform supporting Casamia’s brand, developments and marketing activity.
As new sites are acquired and schemes move from planning through to construction and sales, the website can evolve with them.
That flexibility has been central to the project from the beginning: creating a digital presence that feels appropriate for a luxury housebuilder today without limiting where the business can go tomorrow.
